Bitcoin hovers at $57,000 as market awaits next upside catalyst?

Edward Moya, senior market analyst at Oanda, wrote in a recent report, "Bitcoin may need a new catalyst to break the $60,000 barrier, and if that catalyst arrives soon, it won't be hard for the coin to hit a new all-time high."

At an IFA event on Monday, JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, who has never been a fan of cryptocurrencies, went on to reiterate that "Bitcoin is worthless."
