Global NFT transaction volume to grow by more than 200% to $50 billion by 2022

As the public becomes more aware of the existence of irreplaceable tokens (NFTs) and the meta community acts thanks to a large number of celebrities and brands, their trading volume is steadily increasing.

According to statistics gathered from cryptocurrency market analysis platform IntoTheBlock on April 18, the total volume of NFTs traded was just over 18 million ETH or a total of $54 billion

According to IntoTheBlock's year-to-date data, global NFT trading volume increased from $16.94 billion on January 1, 2022 to $54.58 billion on April 17, up 222.2% from the beginning of the year.
