WonderFi Technologies Acquires Second Canadian Cryptocurrency Exchange

Upon completion of the transaction, WonderFi will operate two of the six registered crypto trading platforms in Canada. In other words, WonderFi will control 33% of the Canadian market.

In March, WonderFi acquired First Ledger Corp, the parent company of Bitbuy Technol ogies. WonderFi paid a total of $161.8 million in cash and stock. In addition, it purchased Crypto API in 2021.
